The foundation of every CAELE session. A precise, rhythmic technique that works on the lymphatic system and nervous system simultaneously, releasing accumulated fluid, reducing inflammation, and giving the body the one signal it responds to before anything else: that it is safe to let go.
The rhythm is the message before the drainage even begins.
Chronic stress doesn't just live in the mind. It lives in the fascia the connective tissue that runs through the entire body, which responds to sustained load by becoming rigid, dense, restricted. You feel it as tension that doesn't shift. As something sleep doesn't touch.
Wood Therapy works directly on this. Specialised instruments applied with precision, addressing the structural patterns that chronic stress leaves behind. It is not a comfortable treatment. It is an honest one.
Every session at CAELE is built around what is actually present, not what was present last time. Before each treatment: where you are in your cycle, how you've slept, what the body has been carrying this week specifically. The answers change the treatment. Always.

All CAELE treatments are cycle-synced. The infradian rhythm shapes inflammation, fluid retention, tissue density, pain threshold, and recovery speed - all of the things that determine what a treatment should do on any given day. Every session is designed for where you are in the month, not where you were last time. This is what it means to work with the body rather than on it.

Recovery is more powerful when it has a shared rhythm.
The Loop is a small, closed group of CAELE clients working through the same cyclical recovery protocol at the same time. Different bodies, different starting points. The same direction.
Not a class. Not a forum. Not a group chat. A shared cadence - monthly, private, practitioner-led - built around the cycle-syncing framework that underpins all CAELE work.
Membership is by invitation, following an initial treatment or consultation. Numbers are deliberately kept small.

The 24 Reset removes all of that. A private residence in the Cotswolds. No reception. No other guests. No schedule to perform against.
The environment is chosen specifically because the nervous system responds to space, quiet, and the absence of stimuli as much as it responds to touch. Twenty-four hours. One practitioner.

THE PRACTITIONER
I've been treating clients for over eighteen years.
I still find it remarkable every time.
I trained because I wanted to understand what was actually happening, not just in the tissue, but in the nervous system, the lymphatic system, the relationship between how someone lives and how their body holds it.
Most of what I do is not what people expect. They come in holding, and they leave having let go of something they didn't know they were carrying. That moment when the body finally updates its sense of safety, is why I built CAELE around this work specifically.
I am warm in person. I am also precise. The two are not in conflict.
